Healthy Banana Split

Banana split for breakfast? Yes, please. This healthy treat swaps frozen scoops of greek yogurt for ice cream, chia seeds for sprinkles, and our naturally sweet Elevate pouch for caramel sauce.

Ingredients:

  • Two bananas
  • Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Shine Organics Elevate Pouch
  • Chia seeds
  • Strawberries (1 or 2 for topping)

Add greek yogurt to the freezer for 10 minutes so that it can become firm. When ready to serve, use an ice cream scoop to scoop firm greek yogurt into a shallow bowl or small dish. Place a banana on either side of the greek yogurt. Sprinkle with chia seeds, drizzle with the Elevate pouch and top with one or two strawberries. Serve immediately.
